Man dead after rollover accident in northwest Oklahoma City

Police say a man was killed after losing control of his pickup near N Western and NW 178 early Saturday. Police have not identified the driver.

A man is dead after a he lost control of his pickup early Saturday and crashed it in northwest Oklahoma City.

The accident occurred about 2 a.m. near the intersection of N Western and NW 178, according to Lt. Arthrur Gregory of the Oklahoma City Police Department.

Gregory said the man was traveling north at a high rate of speed when he lost control and rolled the truck numerous times. The driver was ejected and died later at the hospital.

Police have not identified the driver. No other people or vehicles were involved.
