Oklahoma man dies in pickup crash near Lawton

Dillon Ray Bond, 21, of Lawton, died after his pickup left the road and struck an embankment, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports.

A man died early Monday when the pickup he was driving failed to turn at an intersection, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported.

About 6:15 a.m., Dillon Ray Bond, 21, of Lawton, was driving south on Keeney Road in Comanche County. When Bond approached a T-intersection with NE Cache Road, he continued south and crashed into an embankment, the patrol reported.

Bond was ejected and died. He was not wearing a seat belt and smelled of alcohol, the patrol reported.
