Man facing third trial on murder charge Published: August 15, 2013

MUSKOGEE -- Jacorey Lamont Billings twice has been tried on a first-degree murder charge in the robbery-killing of Roshun English in Muskogee.

The first jury was hung, 10-2. In the second trial, the jury was locked at 9-3.

Now, the Muskogee Phoenix reports, District Attorney Larry Moore said there will be a third attempt to convict Billings.
