Tulsa police shot and killed a man wanted on outstanding felony warrants early Thursday.
Detectives with the fugitive warrants unit of the Tulsa Police Department's Detective Division arrived in the area of 2600 E. 10th Street around 1:45 a.m. in an attempt to locate Donald Hallett, 44, who was wanted on outstanding felony charges, police said.
Tulsa County prosecutors charged Hallett with shooting with intent to kill Tuesday.
