Man fatally shot teenage son over football argument

IndyStar.com in Indianapolis reported yesterday that authorities have arrested a man who fatally shot his teenage son in their Martinsville, Ind. home.

After arguing over whether or not to return home from the restaurant or bar where they were watching football games, David Carrender, 49, retrieved his handgun and shot Wyatt Carrender, 19, possibly six times, according to police.
