Man found shot to death in northwest OKC

Oklahoma City police are investigating the shooting death of a man inside an apartment on city's northwest side.

Police say the man's girlfriend called authorities about 1 p.m. Tuesday when she came home and found the man dead from a gunshot wound. A toddler and a 4-year-old were inside the home at the time, but police Sgt. Paco Balderrama says neither were injured.

Balderrama says police are processing the scene and interviewing the girlfriend.

The victim's name was not immediately released, but Balderrama says he was in his early 30s.
