Man from most wanted list, Oklahoma parolee captured
EL PASO — Sheriff’s deputies Thursday captured two fugitives, a Vinton man from Crime Stoppers ’ most wanted list and a parolee wanted in Oklahoma , a spokesman for the El Paso County Sheriff’s Department said.
About 6:30 a.m. Thursday, a tip led deputies to Carlos Estrada , 48, of the 300 block of W Vinton in Vinton, Deputy Jesse Tovar said.
