Man indicted after Lawton bank robbery

A Texas man was indicted on federal bank robbery charges stemming from a May 7 robbery of a Lawton bank.

Larry Collier Taylor, Jr., 24, of Houston was indicted Tuesday in the Western District of Oklahoma with using, carrying and brandish a firearm during a crime of violence, car jacking, and bank robbery.
Taylor is accused of stealing a 2004 Pontiac Grand AM on May 4 in Oklahoma City. Three days later, he is accused of using a gun to rob the People State Bank in Lawton.
Taylor remains at the Grady County jail. If convicted he faces up to 45 years imprisonment and a $750,000 fine.
