Man reunited with basset hound 10 years after he lost her to ex

When Jamie Carpentier lost his dog, Ginger, in a divorce settlement 10 years ago, he never thought he'd get to play with his basset hound again.
But when Carpentier decided to get a new pet in January, he checked out his local Humane Society's website — and found a suspiciously familiar pup with the same name.
