Man survives shooting in Oklahoma City

A man told police he doesn't know why a man shot him Tuesday afternoon in an apartment complex parking lot.

A man identified as Francisco Lopez, 44, said he was approached by two black males and one of them shot him in the stomach about 3:30 p.m. Tuesday at 2401 NW 122, Oklahoma City police Capt. Steve McCool said.

Lopez was taken to OU Medical Center. His condition was not available this morning.

Police do not have better descriptions of the two men who approached Lopez and shot him. Lopez did not say there was any attempt to rob him, McCool said.
