Man 'too heavy' to live in New Zealand

A South African chef faces expulsion from New Zealand because authorities say he is too fat and could be a drain on the health service.

Immigration officials said Albert Buitenhuis, who weighs 286 pounds, did not have "an acceptable standard of health".



New Zealand has one of the highest obesity rates in the developed world, with nearly 30% of people overweight.
