Instead of shaking hands, this guy gives wedgies.
Florida police have arrested an 18-year-old man who allegedly gave wedgies to a series of victims outside a movie theater.

Authorities said they were tipped off by a male victim, but officers said other victims “were too embarrassed to want to pursue charges.”
In each instance, Ross was filming the crime with a camera, according to a Manatee County Sheriff’s Office report.
