One of four men police were seeking in connection with a fatal shooting turned himself in Wednesday.

Christopher Stubbs, 20, turned himself in and was arrested by Oklahoma City police shortly after an arrest warrant was issued for him in connection with the death of Cameron Polk.

Warrants also were issued for Gerald Cole, 25, Mark Finley, 22, and Daniel Roberts, 24, in the deadly shooting.

Polk, 21, was fatally shot about 3:30 a.m. Saturday in northwest Oklahoma City.

According to court documents, four friends, including Polk, were leaving a home at 4112 NW 21 Terrace when Stubbs, Cole, Finley and Roberts attacked them. All four men had guns, according to court documents.

One of the four men leaving the house told police he was trying to prevent Stubbs from firing his gun when he heard several shots.

The documents do not say who fired the shots.

The man, who was not identified in court documents, told police he went to the ground and remained still, pretending he was injured.

He stayed there until he thought the men left the house and then went inside.

Inside, he saw Stubbs standing over Polk and going through his pockets. When Stubbs left, the witness went to check on Polk, who was bleeding and did not appear to be breathing, according to court documents.

Stubbs was booked into Oklahoma County jail on complaints of murder and burglary. He remained there Thursday without bail.

Police still seek Cole, Finley and Roberts, Sgt. Jennifer Wardlow said. has disabled the comments for this article.
