Man wearing 'Joker' costume, makeup arrested after restaurant disturbance

A man dressed as the Joker from the “Batman” movies was arrested after causing a disturbance at a New York restaurant Sunday.
Police said that Aaron Chase, 24, was dressed in black and wearing a green wig when he sat down at the bar and asked to be served. But Chase didn’t have any money and started harassing some of the restaurant’s patrons instead.

Reports indicate that Chase appeared to be intoxicated and was eventually taken to a hospital for a mental evaluation.
