A man who is accused of robbing someone early Monday was wearing a dress and makeup, Tulsa police said.
Gary Allen Guy, 39, a convicted sex offender, was arrested about 1 a.m. after police found a stolen wallet in his purse, according to an arrest report.
Someone had called police shortly after midnight to report that a man who was dressed like a woman in the 7400 block of East Admiral Place implied he had a gun, took the wallet and ran to a nearby motel, the report says.
