Mangum-area family patiently awaits return of electricity
MANGUM — Terry Warren’s century-old farmhouse is perched atop a hill, overlooking the lights of Mangum. Warren chuckles at the picturesque view.
He and his wife, Cela, have no electricity, and it doesn’t appear they will any time soon.
"I spoke with a lineman four or five days ago,” Warren said Tuesday during a break from work. "They told me to expect another month.”
