Mannford toddler located in Kansas
MANNFORD — A Mannford toddler reported missing Wednesday afternoon was found in Kansas by the evening.
Hayden Lane Potter , 2, was last seen with his grandmother, Phyllis Potter , about 2:40 p.m. Wednesday in Mannford, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported.
She was not allowed to leave alone with Hayden, troopers said.
