Death of battered Yukon nursing home resident sparks investigations
YUKON — Investigations are under way into the July 23 death of a 91-year-old Yukon nursing home resident who allegedly was severely beaten by his 88-year-old roommate.
George Carlson died just three or four days after he allegedly was assaulted in his bed at Yukon's Ranchwood Nursing Center , said Klare Ly , community affairs specialist for the Yukon Police Department.
