Many Oklahoma brides pick fall over June
A June wedding has been the dream of many brides-to-be. But the peak month for saying "I do” is losing its popularity for a number of reasons.
Simply Sisters wedding coordinator Sara McCord said fall, especially October, seems to be the new June.
"I think in Oklahoma it’s because of the weather. It’s so hot,” she said. "It makes your guests uncomfortable.”
