Many Oklahomans lack wealth to fend off poverty, report says

Oklahoma ranks 33rd in the nation in the ability of residents to build wealth and fend off poverty, according to a national study released Tuesday.

The state received a grade of D in measurements of Oklahomans' financial assets and income, and access to health care, according the report from the Corporation for Enterprise Development.
