Marinated Steak

Makes 4 servings

2 pounds round or flank steak

1 bottle (8 ounces) Italian salad dressing

Punch holes in steak with a fork.

Place meat in a glass baking dish.

Pour dressing over steak, cover and marinate for 4-6 hours or longer. Drain.

Broil meat for 8 minutes on each side or to desired doneness.

Slice across grain in thin strips and serve immediately.
