Marshall Brewing Co. this morning announced its December tour and tasting schedule and charity beneficiary for the month.
The charity this month is the Make-a-Wish Foundation of Oklahoma. Marshall offers free tours under the new beer sampling state law passed this year, and offers the option to pay $5 to receive a commemorative snifter, with a portion of the proceeds going to that month’s selected charity.
Make-a-Wish grants wishes for children with life-threatening medical conditions. Since being founded in 1987, the Oklahoma chapter has granted more than 2,300 wishes to eligible Oklahoma children.
Last month, Marshall raised $1,250 for the Autism Center of Tulsa through the sale of commemorative snifters from 625 visitors who bought a glass as part of their tour. In all, Marshall had 745 visitors show up for tours over eight different days.
The schedule for this month’s tours is as follows (all tours are open noon to 4 p.m.):
-Friday, Dec. 6

-Friday, Dec. 13
