Mary Fallin, Jari Askins oppose Oklahoma SQ 744

Gubernatorial candidates Mary Fallin and Jari Askins again came out in opposition to a controversial school funding proposal on Wednesday.

Oklahoma gubernatorial candidates Mary Fallin and Jari Askins again came out in opposition to a controversial school funding proposal on Wednesday.

Speaking to about 500 at the Rotary Club of Tulsa, Askins and Fallin offered their positions on all 11 state questions, including SQ 744, which would require the state to fund common education on a per pupil level equal to surrounding states.
