STILLWATER — Oklahoma pitcher D.J. Mathis had 19 days, 23 hours and 30 minutes to plan her pitch to strike out Oklahoma State 's Heather Kim.
She decided on a changeup, and after a two-and-a-half week rain delay she executed the pitch perfectly and struck out Kim to get the second out of the second inning at Tuesday's Bedlam makeup game. Mathis also struck out seven more batters as OU beat OSU 3-1.
