McCaleb named ambassador for Chickasaws Published: April 15, 2013

ADA -- Neal McCaleb has yet another addition to his lengthy length of public service.

Chickasaw Nation Gov. Bill Anoatubby has named McCaleb the new ambassador at large for the tribe.

In that capacity, McCaleb's role will be similar to that of the late Charles Blackwell.

Blackwell was the Chickasaw Nation's ambassador to the United States for nearly two decades.

Anoatubby was quoted in the Ada News: "Neal has earned the respect of tribal, state and national leaders during a distinguished career that spans several decades."
