McGuinness' Ikard gets offer from OU

Bishop McGuinness tight end Gabe Ikard received an offer from Oklahoma after Sooners assistant coach Kevin Wilson attended the Irish's intersquad scrimmage Friday.

"It's very exciting,” said Ikard, who has been a standout for the Irish on the football field and basketball court since his freshman year. "It's something I've wanted since I was a kid.”
