Initial autopsy reports show a pastor who was killed inside her small church in Anadarko had major gashes to her neck and chest.

Officials at the state medical examiner's office declined to comment on the preliminary report released Friday after an open records request by The Associated Press.

The report includes drawings showing 61-year-old Carol Daniels had wounds across her entire neck and throat. She also had several wounds to her chest, and injuries to her back, stomach and hands.

Her cause of death was listed as "multiple sharp force injuries."

Investigators also have said Daniels' body was "staged," or moved into an unnatural position, after she was killed.

Daniels' body was discovered on Sunday, and no arrests have been made. has disabled the comments for this article.
