Oregon-Cal tops for VersusVersus averaged more than 1.9 million viewers for the Saturday night telecast of top-ranked Oregonâ€™s win over Cal, making it the most-watched college football game ever on the network. The telecast, which earned a 1.7 rating, surpassed the previous high set by Oregon-Oregon State on Nov. 29, 2008 (1.6 million viewers). The telecast earned a 1.7 rating.
SHORT TAKESâ†’Fox Sports Oklahoma viewers missed the first quarter of the Thunder-Jazz telecast Monday night because of a receiver switching error, network spokesman Ramon Alvarez said. â†’NFL Network is replaying a condensed version of the St. Louis Ramsâ€™ 23-20 loss to San Francisco as part of â€œNFL Replayâ€ at 7 p.m. Wednesday. â†’ESPNâ€™s â€œCollege GameDayâ€ on Saturday will originate from Wrigley Field to preview the Illinois-Northwestern game from the site at 2:30 p.m. Saturday on ESPNU. â†’ â€œGameDayâ€ analyst Kirk Herbstreit then will fly to College Station, Texas, to broadcast the Nebraska-Texas A&M game at 7 p.m. on ABC. â†’ Stillwater is being considered as a â€œGameDayâ€ site Nov. 27 when it hosts the Bedlam game, which will air at 7 p.m. on ABC. â†’ Ron Franklin and Ed Cunningham will call the OU-Baylor game at 7 p.m. Saturday on ESPN2. â†’ Steve Physioc, Dave Lapham and Jim Knox will broadcast the OSU-Kansas game at 11 a.m. Saturday on FSN.
