A medical condition may have contributed to the death of a Joplin, Mo. man who overturned his semi truck Monday afternoon in Okmulgee County .

Robert Duane Warren , 61, died at the scene of the accident near U.S. Highway 75 and U.S. Highway 266, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported.
