Jake Goebbert, outfielder

2011 season: Batted .305 for Houston's Double-A affiliate Corpus Christi before being called up to OKC where he hit .283 in 31 games

Favorite ball park food: Soft pretzels and cheese

Mike Hessman, infielder

2011 season: The 34-year-old journeyman was signed by the Astros as a free agent in January after spending last season playing for the Orix Buffaloes in Japan

Favorite ball park food: Nachos with jalapeños and a hot dog with mustard and ketchup

Scott Moore, infielder

2011 season: Hit .295 and nine home runs in 363 plate appearances for the Chicago Cubs Triple-A affiliate Iowa

Favorite ball park food: Hot dog with ketchup, mustard and onions

Jimmy Paredes, infielder

2011 season: Acquired from the Yankees in exchange for Lance Berkman, Paredes hit .270 for Double-A Corpus Christ before jumping to the major leagues in August where he hit .286 in 46 games for the Astros

Favorite ball park food: Hot dogs and chicken tenders

Carlos Corporan, catcher

2011 season: Hit .188 in 52 games for the Astros and .250 in 22 games for the RedHawks

Favorite ball park food: Chicken tenders and fries

Juan Abreu, pitcher

2011 season: Top prospect spent most of the season at Atlanta's Triple-A affiliate Gwinnett before being traded in the four-player package for Astros' outfielder Michael Bourn. He appeared in seven games for the RedHawks, posting a 1-0 record with 1.86 ERA. He also appeared in seven games for Houston and had no decisions with a 2.70 ERA.

Favorite ball park food: Rice, chicken and beans

Paul Clemens, pitcher

2011 season: Spent most of the season with Mississippi, the Double-A affiliate of the Braves. After being acquired in the trade that sent Michael Bourn to Atlanta, Clemens made his Triple-A debut with the RedHawks, appearing in one game.

Favorite ballpark food: Hot dog with onions, ketchup and a little bit of relish.

Enerio Del Rosario, pitcher

2011 season: Spent most of the season with the Astros, with a 4.58 ERA in 54 appearances in relief.

Favorite ballpark food: Chicken and rice.

Collin DeLome, outfielder

2011 season: Spent the entire season with the RedHawks, although missed significant time with an injury. DeLome hit .256 with 7 home runs in 89 games.
