Also, I've tried for years to find or reproduce the white salad dressing that Nickolosi's Restaurant in Oklahoma City served and sold in bottles. I loved that dressing. Hopefully someone will share.

BISHOP'S WINE OIL DRESSING

1/3 cup honey

1 teaspoon dry mustard

1 teaspoon garlic salt

1 cup vegetable oil

1/3 cup wine vinegar

Blend all ingredients in blender.

DEAR MELBA: In the 1960s and '70s, there was a restaurant on S Shields called The Three Stars Drive-In. They served a sandwich called the Piggy Burger. That was THE best burger. I hope someone can come up with the recipe or knows someone I could contact about it.

Kathy Dunbar, Oklahoma City

DEAR MELBA: Many years ago, probably about 1944, our mother bought a box of mincemeat that had a recipe on the back of the box for mincemeat coffee cake. Although we've looked through Mother's things many times, we've been unable to find this recipe.

Mother is now deceased, and we often talk about her mincemeat coffee cake. I recall one part of the recipe called for a cup of black coffee and shortening the size of an egg.

If anyone would share this recipe, we would be forever grateful.
