1 can (16 ounces) fruit cocktail, drained
1 container (8 ounces) whipped topping
In medium mixing bowl, fold dry gelatin into cottage cheese. Add fruit cocktail and whipped topping. Mix well, cover and chill for at least an hour. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
Variation: This salad can be made with orange gelatin, a small can of drained Mandarin oranges and a small can of drained crushed pineapple instead of raspberry gelatin and fruit cocktail, if desired.
