Mental exam ordered for Arkansas man charged with Sapulpa man's murder
BENTONVILLE , Ark. — A mental exam is being ordered for a northwest Arkansas man charged with second-degree murder of an Oklahoma man.
Clifford Dale Casteel of Rogers is charged in Benton County in the death of Billy Ray Buckley of Sapulpa , Okla. Casteel has pleaded not guilty to the charge and told police he hit and kicked Buckley after Buckley hit him.
