Visitors to the Science Museum Oklahoma movie theater today will help build water wells at schools in Africa .
MacGillivray Freeman Films will donate $1 of every ticket sold to the movie " Grand Canyon Adventure: River at Risk” to efforts to build water wells at schools in northern Uganda .
