'Miracle on the Hudson' Pilot Earns New Honor

ET has learned that Capt. Chesley "Sully" Sullenberger, the heroic pilot who safely executed an emergency water landing in New York City's Hudson River last January, will serve as the Tournament of Roses® 2010 Grand Marshal. Read on for details…
The 121st Rose Parade, themed "2010: A Cut Above the Rest," will honor everyday heroes.
"Captain Sully saved the lives of 155 people and is an excellent example of the everyday American hero," Tournament of Roses acting president Jeffrey Throop said.
