NEW YORK (AP) — FC Dallas defender Jair Benitez and Los Angeles Galaxy midfielder Robbie Keane have been fined by Major League Soccer.
Benitez was punished for an "act of embellishment" in the 65th minute of FC Dallas' 3-1 loss to the Seattle Sounders on Sunday night. Keane was fined for criticizing the officials following a 2-2 tie against the San Jose Earthquakes on Sunday.
