Moore library schedules free seminar on starting new businesses

MOORE — A free seminar for those starting a business will be from 9:30 a.m. to noon Sept. 13 at Moore Public Library, 225 S Howard. Participants will learn why so many new businesses fail, review frequently asked questions and meet business professionals.

Topics include financial help, research and planning, among other issues.
