Moore man accused of robbing two boys, making them take off their clothes
MOORE — Police arrested a Moore man after two boys reported he accused them of stealing drugs, threatened them with a knife and forced them to take off their clothes.
Timothy Todd Wise , 20, was charged Monday in Cleveland County District Court with robbery with a dangerous weapon in connection with the incident.
