A man jailed on a peeping Tom complaint is accused of taking videos up a woman's skirt with his cellphone at a Target store.

Officers detained the man about 3:10 p.m. Saturday outside the store at 13924 N Pennsylvania Ave. The man allowed police to look at his cellphone, which contained several videos of women shopping in the store, focusing on the customers' buttocks. One video was shot up a woman's dress, police said.

Police arrested Mario Ferrer, 23, of Moore, in connection with the incident. Ferrer listed his business as Ferrer's Body Shop in Oklahoma City, according to the police incident report.

A call to Ferrer was not immediately returned Monday.

Ferrer paid $500 bail Sunday and is no longer in the Oklahoma County jail, a jail official said.
