— More than 100 entries are expected for the 25th annual Red Ribbon Parade on Oct. 27, and organizers continue to accept entrants.

The theme for this year's parade is “Elect To Be Drug Free.” All parade entries should reflect the theme.

The parade will kick off at 10 a.m. from NW 5 and Broadway. The route then winds south on Broadway to Main Street and progresses east on Main to the parking lot of Moore High School at Main and Eastern.

The public is invited to attend the parade. The purpose of the parade is to promote a healthy, drug-free lifestyle. Civic leaders, community organizations, school groups and businesses are working together for the community event.

Parade entry forms are available at www.mooreschools.com or by calling Gail Steelman at 735-4297 or Valerie Marshall at 794-2115.
