Moore student arrested with weapons on campus

MOORE (AP) — A junior high school student has been arrested after weapons were found in his school locker.

Moore police spokesman Jeremy Lewis told KOCO that the 14-year-old Highland East Junior High student was arrested Tuesday when knives and Airsoft guns were found after other students reported the items to school staff.

Airsoft guns are replicas of real weapons and fire plastic projectiles.
