Mooreland man's death investigated by OSBI

Kolby Bowers, 18, of Mooreland, who was pronounced dead at a Woodward hospital after an Ellis County party early Sunday, the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation reported.

The death of a Mooreland man early Sunday is being investigated as suspicious, the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation reported.

Kolby Bowers, 18, was taken to a Woodward hospital where he was pronounced dead, spokeswoman Jessica Brown said.

The man had been at a party north of Fargo before his death. Agents interviewed dozens of partiers about the incident, she said.

The state medical examiner's office will determine cause of death.
