• American Cancer Society's Camp Live a Dream is open to any Oklahoma pediatric cancer patient or survivor, ages 9-17. A doctor's medical release form and general application are necessary. Call (405) 841-5807 or visit www.cancer.org and search Camp Live A Dream.
