APPS: If you like mental puzzles, there are several mobile applications that claim to keep your brain sharp as you age. Two that I have seen on the iTunes store are Lumosity Brain Trainer by Lumos Labs and Fit Brains Trainer by Vivity Labs. Both are free to download but come with a subscription fee to access more mental puzzles. If you have more that you like, email me.
