Video shows burglaries of 2 cars

Thieves broke the windows of two cars at St. Anthony Healthplex South and stole a purse out of one car and a laptop from the other. The thefts occurred about 7:20 a.m. Friday at the health system campus near Interstate 44 and SW 134. “One of the victims said he was inside the business for a matter of two or three minutes when he came outside and saw his vehicle was broken into,” Oklahoma City police Sgt. Jennifer Wardlow said. Police obtained surveillance video of the incident, which shows a white sport utility vehicle drive into a parking lot and park in between two cars. Two people are seen getting out of the SUV and breaking windows of cars parked on either side. The picture is not very clear, but police believe the robbers were a white male and a white female, Wardlow said.
