More Oklahoma schools start all-day kindergarten programs

School districts in the metro area will have more full-day kindergarten classes as schools start this month, two years before state law requires districts to provide them.

Oklahoma City Public Schools will have full-day kindergarten at all of its elementary schools when classes start Thursday. Full-day classes seem to be the most popular to parents though the district still offers half-day kindergarten.
