    An elementary school bus driver was arrested Wednesday morning on complaints of lewd acts with a child and possessing and distributing child pornography, the Oklahoma County sheriff’s office reported. Scott Keith Jepson, 32, of Logan County, is a bus driver for the Edmond School District, authorities said.
