Health reporter Jaclyn Cosgrove talks about the first installment in her series “Epidemic Ignored,” which is a yearlong investigation into Oklahoma’s mental health system. We also hear from Commissioner Terri White, of the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, and Gov. Mary Fallin.
