Mike Baldwin has been a sports reporter for The Oklahoman since 1982. Mike graduated from Okmulgee High School in 1974 and attended Oklahoma Christian University, graduating with a journalism degree in 1978.

Mike's first job was sports editor of the Seminole Producer before moving on to the Edmond Sun as sports editor from 1979-1982. He has covered many beats, starting with high school sports. He has also covered OU, OSU and Thunder in addition to the Dallas Cowboys while living in Dallas from 1994-2001 while with The Oklahoman.

Mike and his family live in Edmond where he continues to work in the field of his passion, Sports.
