    Our most recent Open Flame event was inspired by classic barbecue. With help from Back Door BBQ’s Kathryn Mathis and Kenny Talle, along with Scott Sears of Primo Ceramic Grills, the event in Oklahoma City presented pork, fish and beef in both straightforward and offbeat interpretations.
